FUNCTION xpxInsertBefore (iteratorId , elementValue : GENERIC)
                          status                    : INTEGER;

The xpxInsertAfter function inserts the specified value elementValue in the actual persistent LIST aggregate in the position immediately before the element pointed to by the iterator iteratorId.
