FUNCTION xpfCreateGroup (groupName : STRING)

The xpfCreateGroup function defines a new EDMgroup in the EDMdatabase . The name of the group is specified by the attribute <groupName>. The returned value of the function is the groupID, in the argument <groupId>.
EDMgroup names must be unique within one EDMdatabase . An EDMgroup name can consist of letters, digits and hyphens. The first character must be a letter. EDMgroup names are case insensitive.
The xpfCreateGroup function defines the EDMgroup named sdai-group. The two EDMusers superuser and sdai-user will be defined as members of sdai-group.
This command is only permitted for the EDMuser named superuser.
This function is equivalent to the EDMinterface function edmiCreateGroup.
