The xpfGetAttrDefinition function returns the instanceId of the attribute_definition instance that defines the specified attribute in the attrIdOrViewEntityAttrId argument. The actual attribute is uniquely defined by the arguments entityIdOrViewEntityId and entityAttrNameOrViewEntityAttrName .
This function is equivalent to the EDMinterface function sdaiGetAttrDefinition
