xpxOpenRepository(repositoryId : GENERIC)
                  status       : INTEGER;
 
The xpxOpenRepository function opens the specified repository repositoryId. A repository must be open before any access to it is permitted.
This function is equivalent to the EDMinterface function sdaiOpenRepository
