SYNTAX:
 
xpxReadFile(fileId              : INTEGER;
             VAR buffer          : STRING;            maxBytesToRead      : INTEGER;
             VAR actualBytesRead : INTEGER)            status              : INTEGER;
 
The xpxReadFile procedure will read at most maxBytesToRead number of bytes from the specified open file fileId to the specified buffer. The actual number of bytes read is returned in the actualBytesRead argument.
