The xpxSetContainerCheckedoutBN function sets??
The argument <modelId> is a numeric modelID that uniquely identifies the model holding the container in the EDMdatabase.
The argument <containerName> specifies the name of the container.
This function is equivalent to the EDMinterface function edmiSetContainerCheckedoutBN.
