FUNCTION xpxSetAvailable (password : STRING)

The xpxSetAvailable sets the current EDMserver EDMserver available for other users (clients). This function is normally used to set an EDMserver available for new clients after the database has been set unavailable by the xpxSetUnavailable function.
This function is equivalent to the EDMinterface function edmiSetAvailable.
