xpxSetAvailable (password : STRING) status : INTEGER;

The xpxSetAvailable sets the current EDMserver available for other users (clients). This function is normally used to set an EDMserver available for new clients after the database has been set unavailable by the xpxSetUnavailable function.
This function is equivalent to the EDMinterface function edmiSetAvailable.
