FUNCTION xpfGetXmlConfigurationId (schemaId      : GENERIC;
                                   xmlConfigName : STRING)  
                                   xmlConfigId   : GENERIC;

The xpfGetXmlConfigurationId function returns the configurationId that uniquely identifies the XML configuration
