Description:
This function can be used to convert a string from one string encoding style to another.  Currently only conversion from ISO-LATIN-1 and UTF-8, and vice versa, is implemented.
Signature:
 FUNCTION xpfConvertString (inputString              : STRING;
                            inputStringEncoding      : INTEGER;
                            convertedStringEncoding  : INTEGER;
                            VAR anyChanges           : BOOLEAN)
