SYNTAX:
 
xpxPutByte(fileId      : INTEGER;
           byteToWrite : STRING (1) FIXED)           status      : INTEGER;
 
The xpxPutByte function will write the specified byte byteToWrite to current byte position of the specified open file fileId.
