xpfDateToString

FUNCTION xpfDateToString (seconds, minutes, hours, day : INTEGER;
                          month, year                  : INTEGER)
                          timeAndDate                  : STRING;

The xpfDateToString function converts the specified time and date to a string in the following format: Mon Oct 27 08:06:00 MET 1997. The formatted time and date will be returned through the timeAndDate argument.
