SYNTAX:
 
xpxIsKindOfBN (instanceId    : GENERIC;
               entityName    : STRING;               VAR isKindOf  : BOOLEAN)
               status        : INTEGER;
 
The xpxIsKindOf function returns TRUE in the isKindOf argument if the specified instance instanceId is of the type, or a subtype of the instance type specified by the argument entityName.
This function is equivalent to the EDMinterface function sdaiIsKindOfBN
