Define remote Express-x schema

Note: This function can only be used with the EDMmodelConverter license key fully installed.
This command corresponds to a similar command in a local context. The only difference is the first argument, which in this case specifies the server context. The other arguments and the options are the same.
Arguments:

Server context name:

Specify name of server context.
When activating the Select button, the name of all defined server contexts will be displayed in the related selection list.
