Before installing EDMtruePLM, you need to install Java SE Development Kit 11+ 64 bit.
If you want to re-install EDMtruePLM Server, you need to first uninstall an existing version, see chapter 4, "Uninstalling an existing EDMtruePLM Server".
This chapter includes guidance on how to deal with an existing EDMtruePLM database during the installation of this new release.
The EDMtruePLM Server consists of the following modules:

  1. EXPRESS Data Manager™
  2. EDM6ServerConsole
  3. Apache Tomcat web server
  4. EDMtruePLM web application
  5. EDMtruePLM database

They are installed using the EDMtruePLM_Server_Setup.exe.
