xpxDateToString

FUNCTION xpxDateToString (seconds, minutes, hours, day, month, year : INTEGER;
                          VAR timeAndDate                           : STRING)
                          status                                   : INTEGER;

The xpxDateToString function converts the specified time and date to a string in the following format: Mon Oct 27 08:06:00 MET 1997. The formatted time and date will be returned through the timeAndDate argument.
