Reset configuration parameters

All configuration parameters are reset to the default value.
Options:

accumulating command output:	A global option that appends the command output to the EDMsupervisor output window. Otherwise the output window is refreshed and only the last command output is displayed.
server configuration:	With this option checked, it is configuration parameter on the server that is to be set. You must be connected as superuser to use this option. This option is only applicable for EDMfatclient.
