Sets the current EDMserver available for other users (clients). This function is normally used to set an EDMserver available for new clients after the database has been set unavailable by the Set database unavailable command.
This function is protected, i.e. only legal for the EDMuser superuser.
Arguments:

Password:

Specify the password for the database.

Options:

accumulating command output:

A global option that appends the command output to the EDMsupervisor output window. Otherwise the output window is refreshed and only the last command output is displayed.
