Delete remote backup

Deletes a backup of a database.
Arguments:

Server context name:

Specify name of server context. This is a protected function. Therefore the user specified in the server context, must be an administrator.
When activating the Select button, the name of all defined server contexts will be displayed in the related selection list.

Backup directory path:

Specify the path to the directory where the backup file is located. The <Backup directory path> must be specified as an absolute path.
The <Backup directory path> argument can be specified with and without the directory delimiter character as the last character in the directory path. The directory delimiter character is '\' on the Windows platforms and '/' on the Unix platforms.
When activating the Select button, a window is opened to allow browsing the directory structure and select/specify the desired directory.

Remote database:

Name of database the backup is generated from. EDMdatabase names are case sensitive. The actual database must be closed.

Backup name:

Specify the name of the backup to be deleted.

Backup version:

Specify the version of the backup to be deleted.
If only one version is to be deleted, the version number is specified here. If no version number is specified and none of the options [newest version] or [oldest version] are selected, the entire backup is deleted

Password of backup database:

Specify the password for the backup.

Options:

accumulating command output:

A global option that appends the command output to the EDMsupervisor output window. Otherwise the output window is refreshed and only the last command output is displayed.

all versions:

Select this option if all existing versions of the backup are to be deleted.

newest version:

Select this option if only the newest version of the backup is to be deleted.

oldest version:

Select this option if only the oldest version of the backup is to be deleted.
