List open remote repositories

This command corresponds to a similar command in a local context. The only difference is the first argument, which in this case specifies the server context. The other arguments and the options are the same, except for the Remote prefix in some argument names.
Argument:

Server context name:

Specify name of server context.
When activating the Select button, the name of all defined server contexts will be displayed in the related selection list.

There are some additional options for this command:

list by clients:	The list is sorted by clients. For each client, the repositories that the client has opened is listed.
list by repositories:	The list is sorted by repositories. For each repository, the clients that has opened the repository is listed.
