FUNCTION xpxGetQueryPerformanceUsed (startTime        : INTEGER;
                                     endTime          : INTEGER;
                                     VAR hours        : INTEGER;
                                     VAR minutes      : INTEGER;
                                     VAR seconds      : INTEGER;
                                     VAR milliseconds : INTEGER;
                                     VAR microseconds : INTEGER)
                                     rstat            : INTEGER;

This functions calculate the time difference between to time stamps returned by the xpfGetQueryPerformanceCounter function.
