Create a RDL Class

A new RDL class is created by using either "New child…" or "New sibling…" context menu items in the "Tree view" panel.
The "Create class" dialog will appear (see Figure 9).

The new RDL class will be created in the domain of the current ontology. The drop-down list "Ontology" contains the ontologies that are available for editing "Status" property is "DRAFT". No ontology is selected at first, but afterwards the previous ontology will be selected automatically.
Text field "Superclass" contains the name of the parent RDL class. Add to text field "ID" a unique identifier for the new class in the domain of the selected ontology. The first character of this identifier must be a letter followed by a number of letters, digits or underscores. Human readable names and comments in English Language of text is marked as English. It is expected that text will be in English. can be added to the new RDL class.
