7 - Import OWL files

OWL files with RDL data can be imported to the RDL Editor as a new model via the main menu item "Models" → "Import OWL files…"
The following dialog is shown (see Figure 7).

Figure 7 "Import OWL files" dialog
Drop-down control "Repository" contains names of repositories with RDL models. Select one of them and provide by means of the text field "Model" a name for new model.
Note: A model name must start with a letter followed by letters, digits or underscores.
Specify the input OWL files by adding them to the list "OWL files" with the "Add…" button. Selected items on the list "OWL files" can be removed from the list by using the "Delete" button.
"Import log" is checked by default, and it is disabled. That means the import log will be always be available in "Import Log" panel. "Validation Log" is not checked by default.
"Limit tree by Class members" and "Use as root class" check boxes are checked by default. "Open model dialog" has the same check boxes; here they play the same roles (see chapter 5.1).
Before the "Tree view" panel is populated, the user who wants to browse the data must identify herself as editor of the data. Dialog "Select user" is shown after the "Open model" dialog is closed by "OK" (see chapter 11).
Annex A, describes how to collect OWL files required to represent the Reference Data Library of DEXlib.
URN identifier can be added to each of the imported ontologies (see chapter 10.2).
