FUNCTION xpxGetUnavailableMessage (VAR unavailableMessage : STRING)
status : INTEGER;
The xpxGetUnavailableMessage function returns the EDMserver unavailability message in the argument <unavailableMessage>, which is returned to all users trying to connect to the EDMserver while unavailable. This message should normally explain the reason why the server is unavailable for new connections.
