FUNCTION xpxGmTime (time, VAR seconds, VAR minutes : INTEGER;
                    VAR hours, VAR day, VAR month  : INTEGER;
                    VAR year                       : INTEGER;
                    VAR daylightSavingTimeFlag     : BOOLEAN)
                    status                         : INTEGER;

The xpxGmTime function decodes a compressed time to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Arguments

Type	Arguments	Comment
INTEGER	time	A time in compressed format as obtained by xpxTime
INTEGER	seconds	Seconds after the minute (0, 59)
INTEGER	minutes	Minutes after the hour (0, 59)
INTEGER	hours	Hours since midnight (0, 23)
INTEGER	day	Day of the month (1, 31)
INTEGER	month	Months since January (0, 11)
INTEGER	year	Years since 1900.
BOOLEAN	daylightSavingTime	TRUE : Daylight Saving Time in effect FALSE: Daylight Saving Time not in effect
