                                         VAR modelTransactionTimeStamp     : INTEGER;
                                         VAR modelTransactionNumber        : INTEGER)
                                         rstat                             : INTEGER;

Read the EDMtransactionNumber of the specified model. When the option LOCAL_MODEL is set, the EDMtransactionNumberof local version, i.e., the applications current open model, will be returned.
